Pre-Order Item

GG INFINITE accepts pre-orders for items that have not been released.  We take these orders on a first come, first serve basis in the order of prioritization by date of the payment transaction. All Pre-Order Items are charged on the day of the order. The earlier an order is made the higher you are on our priority delivery and fulfillment list. Items in the Pre-Order status are marked so in the product’s description. It will be visible to you in red color text in the description area of the product.

Shipping cost for Pre-Order Items: Pre-orders are assigned a fair and best estimate of the product packaged shipping weight. There are instances, although very rare, that there is a discrepancy between the estimates and actual shipping weight. This will impact the shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you as necessary to let you know if any additional shipping cost is necessary if you ordered and already pre-paid. For pay later pre-orders, we will adjust the shipping cost accordingly to the actual shipping weight of your order.

Pre-Order Items cannot be ordered with In-stock Items: At this time, we advise customers to not place pre-orders with in-stock items in a single transaction. The reason for this is we ship available items to you immediately without waiting for the pre-order item, which will increase the cost of shipping if we have to ship to you twice. Please order items marked as PRE-ORDER Status on its own so we can avoid delays on processing your orders.

Do you give any guarantee that I will receive my order? There may be situations beyond our control depending on the manufacturer and suppliers. We order the item quantities in advance, however, there may be instance where shipment is lost or unavailable which is beyond our control. We also cannot guarantee the actual date the product is made available to us or to the public from the manufacturer.

Can I cancel my pre-order?  You may send us a cancellation request at any time before the orders are shipped out to you, but customer would pay for any transaction fees that may be involved with the refund. If the order has been sent, your order is marked as fulfilled and we will follow our Returns Policy in processing your request.   Limited / Exclusive item pre-orders can be cancel by the customer prior to shipping out the item; and a 30% restocking fee of the total value will apply.

When will Pre-Order Item(s) be shipped? Once the item(s) have arrived to our warehouse and ready to ship, you will be notified by e-mail. Your order should ship within 2 business days from the date we receive the product in our warehouse.
