SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

GG INFINITE ships our products within continental US and Worldwide (Except New Zealand & Indonesia).  We provide real-time shipping calculation by our shipping provider, USPS. Calculation for shipping is based on the actual shipping weight of the package, and is added to the price of your order upon check-out.   For all in-stock orders, we typically ship within 2 business days from the day of your purchase. Please note that the below shipping estimates do not include handling time. GG Infinite.com observes all major U.S. holidays.  

For shipping within continental US, we offers:

USPS Express Mail  - Next day delivery

USPS Priority Mail - Delivery of package in 2 -3 business days

USPS Parcel Post - Delivery of package in 7-10 business days

For international shipping (Non-US), we offers:

USPS Express International

USPS  Priority Mail International

USPS  First Class International

Continental United States Orders:

• Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe all federal holidays.
• Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on the following business day.  
• Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
• Order is considered complete when your order has been shipped.  We will notify you by email when that has occurred.
• Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you do not accept the additional charges.
• Orders are shipped via USPS.  A physical address is required for shipment.  We do not to P.O. Boxes.
• We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may prolong the handling time.
• Purchases made with billing address that is vastly different than the customer's shipping address will not be accepted and your order will be declined.  This is a safety measure that we implement to safeguard customers from fraudulent activities.
• We do not compensate for orders that had been confirmed delivery by our shipping company, such as packages that were stolen from  your doorsteps.
   

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:

·         If we determine that your order will require any shipping and handling charges in addition to those displayed during the order process, we will notify you by email and ask you to approve the additional charges.  We will not ship your order until you have approved the additional charges, which may delay shipping.  If you do not accept the additional charges, we will offer you the opportunity to change or cancel your order.

·         Orders that need to be shipped in separate boxes will incur an additional shipping and handling charge.  We will notify you by email if your order ships in multiple boxes.

Please Note The Following:

• California Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.  Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law.
• All prices are quoted and all payments must be made though PayPal. GG Infinite LL has no control over conversion rates by Paypal.
• Your order will leave our warehouse in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper.  If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper immediately to make a claim.
• For any returns, a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required. Please follow the returns policy.

International Shipping:
 

·         Please contact us directly for questions regarding international shipping prior to ordering your product.  GG Infinite uses USPS Web Tools to automatically generate shipping quotation for your order.  If for any reason a quote cannot be generated automatically, please contant us at info@gginfinite.com, and we will provide you with your international shipping quote via email.  Please note that it is our policy that the billing address & shipping address must match to qualify for ordering; this is a security measure to prevent fraud and to protect our customers.

Backorders:

·         GG Infinite LLC ensures all stock is available when listed on our website. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you the delay and you will have the option to cancel or to accept the updated delivery date. We reserve the right to cancel the order if the stock is no longer available.

RETURN POLICY

We allow return of your items within 7 days of delivery confirmation receipt for the following reasons ONLY:

-          Items are found to be defective / broken.

-          Items delivered are NOT the item ordered (The item must not be opened and must be kept in its original packaging / factory sealed to qualify for return).

All returns require a RMA (return merchandise authorization) from GG INFINITE.  Before you return an item to us please send us an email (RMA@gginfinite.com) with the attached invoice and stating your reason for the return. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we will respond to you with a RMA number, which you must state on the shipping form on top of the package.  Otherwise, your package will not be accepted.

Items must be returned in the original packaging and the customer pays for return shipping costs.  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  All return requests must be made within 7 days after receiving order. We can only offer an exchange once we receive the product or parts. A tracking number must be provided when returning item. When returning a product, we recommend purchasing insurance. We are not responsible for any damage or lost packages during transit. If an item was purchased and doesn't fall under any of the above reasons and you wish to return the item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee of the total value will apply (Limited/Exclusive item return will be charged a 30% Restocking fee).

All approved returns must be delivered to GG INFINITE in an unused and unaltered condition with the original or better packaging. Ensure that the products are well packaged. Refunds will not be issued on returns that are damaged during shipment back to GG INFINITE. In the unfortunate event that damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled with the carrier. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and the goods will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Refunds for returned orders are processed within 30 business days upon receipt. For payments made online, allow up to 30 days for your refund to reflect in your account.

1. Contact us immediately (info@gginfinite.com) to let us know your intent of returning item/s purchased.
2. Indicate in your message the following information:
   • Your Name
   • Name of the Product
   • Reason for returning
   • Call back number
   • Date of Order
3. Prepare the package for shipping back to us at P.0. Box 1752, Temple City, CA 91780.
4. All return requests are promptly reviewed by our staff.
5. Wait for an e-mail response within 2 business days.
